Terrible Management

Pros

I loved the people in the territory I worked with they made the job bearable. Ruckus also has amazing products

Cons

The inside sales team has the worst management I have ever worked with. They treat you like you are five years old and micromanage you worse than if you were in high school. You will constantly get belittled and made to feel like your opinion does not matter in the company. The environment is so toxic multiple people have left the company including myself. In my opinion it is not worth it to deal with the harassment from this job.

Management makes you lie so they look good

Pros

When the auditors brought Chick-fil-A breakfast

Cons

Your integrity is eaten whole due to your fear of retaliation. This company is rooted in do as I say or else. Survey data is fake. If you don’t comply managers retaliate and isolate you. I was explicitly asked to lie and discard details and present false information to leadership and executives just to make my manager look good. Interesting that our job was to mitigate risk and I’m forced to lie. Very much cult like team building. Management and other leadership members don’t always want the truth. They just want to see and hear the news that makes them feel and look good.

Pros

Some people were nice and sort of tried to help

Cons

Lied to during interview process and then no onboarding. Was told I would have direct reports and found out day 1 that didn’t exist. Never got a permanent computer and two months into job still didn’t have access to IT systems necessary to do job. Was told by others that happens a lot. Never even got an exit interview was just told to log off at the end of the day.
