It went downhill pretty fast!

Good work from home flexibility. Great office location.

Cons

The biggest problem is poor upper management that's blindly leading the teams straight into the walls. There were way too many issues since Commscope acquired Arris. Our SVP is very well aware of all of them but refused to do anything about it, and continued the same path which driven all the experienced development teams away.
