Pros

Shakopee has a great old culture from a previous company. Unfortunately, CommScope came a long and has slowly ruined it.

Cons

Company is in the complete tank and most employees should be worried if they exist in a year. Executive management is the worst I've ever seen and basically bankrupt the company with a horrible Arris acquisition.
