      Most coworkers are super nice. Mostly veterans in the teams I have worked in.

      Cons

      The recent acquisition by Raytheon has killed the "family" feel. It is clear Raytheon does not care about the individuals who work at the facilities only about wokeism and money.

      Lots of good people. Lots of opportunity to move within the company. Interesting projects.

      Cons

      After the acquisition by UTC and merger with Raytheon, communication drastically changed for the worse. Big companies are always fairly bureaucratic, but the takeovers definitely made it a much worse place to work.
