      Strong company, good for those who want to do nothing but work, pays well , lots of remote opportunities, frequent asks for employee feedback

      Tenuous culture, lots of politics and drama, little team camaraderie, very stressful environment

      Pros

      Stable. Great culture. Nearly everyone I've worked with here genuinely cares about not just getting it done but getting it done right. Coworkers willing to help you learn, many opportunities to move around or move up over time, opportunities to learn new skills if you are proactive. COVID vaccination is a condition of employment (could be a pro or a con depending on your personal views, so I list it under both).

      Cons

      Slow: Work on projects that execute over the course of years, not months. If you are assigned to a program or team that you're not crazy about, it's going to be a long haul. Process: Drowning in process. So many inefficiencies in processes and just the sheer number of processes and departments involved make it time-consuming, expensive, and often frustrating to try to get anything done. COVID vaccination is a condition of employment (could be a pro or a con depending on your personal views, so I list it under both).

      Pros

      Open to implementing Extended working hours so you're compensated for OT. Everyone in the same boat and lower level managers are understanding of hardship. Remote work is becoming the norm

      Cons

      Lots of turn over resulting in confusion and missed historical information. Analysts are supplied with inadequate tool sets to complete templates in an efficient manner. Lower level data is derived from multiple financial systems which are consolidated in Excel spreadsheets.
