After manager change the entire team is not getting any support from the new responsible ones. 2 managers joined and it seems to be the biggest fail for a company. Tons of promises are not kept. Management and team leaders are only concentrated for their own good. No help when the company fails in paying salary. No help in missing holidays. No help when a team leader is harassing people. I asked for a move to a different team - it got ignored by the new management. I asked for protection against the TL who is screaming on me - it got ignored by the new management. I asked for support to receive a feedback - it got ignored by the new management. The worst one is a manager from Dublin - Promises and lies spread among the team. Nothing kept, no motivation from this person who is rude all the time (and this in such a function). No sport events, no incentives, no structure, no plan for the future.

-Management not experienced enough -too many negative changes within the last 2 months -screaming management (PT) on the floor -new management is not keeping promises -no possibility to be promoted -no salary increase possible (also not after 1.5 years) -no monthly incentives -people are forced to switch from day shift to night shift -no protective HR -no fun at work anymore due to all the negative changes
