      - Many different interesting tasks, challenging, learn to prioritize, cool atmosphere among colleages - good payment

      Cons

      - Many tasks and managers that will give you tasks--> need to make sure you don't work overtime too much and actually leave after you've reached the limit - No (no!) chance to get hired after working there (5 years of experience needed, no junior positions)
