      Pros

      CCEP has great colleagues to work with. All are eager to drive business forward. They also have good feeling for fun. CCEP has beautiful brands (Coca-Cola, Fanta, etc) which opens many doors. The culture has a really down to earth mentality

      Cons

      This is a big corporate, meaning it is less agile than other smaller companies. With the current Health trend it is sometimes difficult to explain what you are doing as a softdrink company to meet the needs of this Health trend.

      Excellent team environment, goal oriented (with reasonable goals!!!) Great technology makes selling easy, our tools far are far superior to our completion, providing real time facts is a push of a button....

      Cons

      Smaller Distribution Centers have limited advancement opportunities, eventually you will need to relocate to a larger facility if you seek senior level management positions
