Too many managers who do not have a clue what they ought to be doing. Bullying is an accepted style of management and people who are there are too scare to raise their concerns. HR turn a blind eye and would only listen to managers' side (dangers of a one sided story). Too many office romance (manager and direct reports etc), it is unbelievable and can be very unprofessional when the relationship hits the rocks.

Senior executives appear unaware of the serious cultural issues in the production plant, which is managed through intimidation rather than leadership. Morale is low due to poor communication, lack of staff development, and a culture of favouritism and nepotism.
