Business Outlook
Pros
Great mentor and coaching. Managers and senior staff were very helpful and understanding. During the "in" season and holidays you're constantly busy so the days go by quickly. Great discounts in both their retail and outlet stores.
Cons
Tough hours (it's retail so lots of late nights and weekends!) and very little option for time off with holidays. My family lived out of state so trying to coordinate to see them on either Thanksgiving or Christmas was impossible. Salary wasn't the best and rarely did we get team share bonuses (despite being a very high volume store). Very few, if none at all, raises or advancements.
