      Pros

      Discounts on bags that were about to be no longer sold in store.

      Cons

      The management. They said that there are no personal sales goals, which isn't true. If you reach a specific level in sales the managers get your bonus. I also got a lot of backlash being a new employee and making a $1200 sale "because I didn't explain the bag throughly, it is not going under my name"

      Good bonuses, good discount on products (50%)

      Cons

      Seasonal employees never felt as part of the family as regular staff The rules on staying in your section and visual display were quite specific, and managers would get peeved easly

      Pros

      This company supports its employees in so many great ways! They have tuition reimbursement, great bonuses and salaries and fabulous training. I worked at COACH for 3 years and had it not been for relocating because of my husband's job, I would probably still be there.

      Cons

      With any retail job, it is difficult to have a life when you have to work nights and weekends, but that is the nature of the industry.
