Discounts on bags that were about to be no longer sold in store.
Cons
The management. They said that there are no personal sales goals, which isn't true. If you reach a specific level in sales the managers get your bonus. I also got a lot of backlash being a new employee and making a $1200 sale "because I didn't explain the bag throughly, it is not going under my name"
