      Pros

      Very generous discount and good benefits. Great name recognition for your resume.

      Cons

      Very biased management staff. It is all about the numbers. Management in sales leader segments not selling. A loft of working off the clock to get the job done. I recruited several friends and co workers there and was sorry I did it later.

      Pros

      Once a strong brand, trying to regain that again.

      Cons

      You are sheltered and work in silos. Leadership runs the show. Not really a good place for MBAs, or anyone who wants to create and drive strategy. I am a thought-leader and continue to push innovation and strategies to drive success, but even the low hanging fruit projects dont move.

      Lack of growth and acknowledgement of hard work. Difficulty in maintaining work-life balance as job required for long hours. There is too much of micromanaging. Taking a sick/vacation days are taken sorely which again is lack of work-life balance.
