Pros
Coworkers are nice, they are the most supportive when working as a team. The customers can be nice if shown genuine hospitality. There is some aspects of the job that are worth learning that have taught me personal growth.
Cons
Too much control from management, not as supportive as you would assume since they make you do all the work (even the stuff that is apart of their job as well… laziness), uses their support team as a crutch but never give them opportunity to grow as they treat their sales associates with more dignity.
