      Most staff are nice. Customers are usually nice too.

      Pros

      The people kept me there for such a long time. Trust do you your job and recognition to do it well. Until it wasn’t. It only took one senior leader to change everything and create a toxic environment. I’ve worked for so many leader ms over my 16+ years with Coach - some better the others. This person can not even be called a leader, barely a manger, more like a villain

      Honestly how my career ended and how upper management turned a blind eye made me question EVERYTHING about my 16+ years. Was any of it real? Seriously question judgement of senior leadership for giving this DM the power that he had and for promoting him to begin with

      Pros

      Benefits are good, pay is competitive and seems higher than similar jobs on the market. The teamshare bonus is nice. Good employee discount across tapestry.

      Cons

      The outlet environment and clientele are very specific and hard to deal with. Frequent pricing updates are at times ridiculous. Employee discount is not much different from promotions for customers. No days off on stat holidays.
