Pros

For people who enjoy the brand as a lifestyle. Strongly sales driven with rewards if team goals are achieved.

Cons

For a lifestyle brand, there was not enough training and assistance to transition. The work load and compensation do not add up.

Pros

Amazing product and generous discount. Coach is a fashion forward brand.

Cons

There is no role clarity and are expected to wear many different hats. This is common in all retailers, however it can be challenging to achieve set goals when also expected to do operational tasks. With sales goals as high as top sellers, managers are highly paid sales associates with keys to the building. As for recruiting top talent, well you must be pretty and 'cool' to get past the DM, and the DMs clearly give that message.

Pros

10 years ago it was a great place to learn and grow as a leader

Cons

Loss of values. People(associates as well as customers) no longer matter. Coach is chasing the money. The product quality is embarrassing.
