      Hell in a handbag

      Was able to work around my school schedule Lots of bonuses

      Cons

      Management treats us like little kids in a 3rd grade classroom Management trys to get sales associates to manipulate their customers They’re all about there “sales” and meeting there quota for the day and could care less about their employees. When a customer is giving a sales associate a hard time (making threats, which has happened numerous times..) management is not helpful and all the sympathy is given to the customer. “Sales sales sales!!!”

      Great employee discount Well recognized company Opportunity to transfer to different locations (including international) 401k plan/vacation/health benefits for full time employees Good training tools Reimburses tuition depending on the classes taken Opportunity for monthly bonuses No commission

      Cons

      Most times hourly pay is not enough to pay rent for an adult living alone. Work/life balance leaves something to be desired. Whether you're promoted often depends on how your store manager feels about you. They can either help you go far, or keep you under their thumb. Reaching out to higher ups is often discouraged. Company seems to demand more growth while making decisions that will negatively affect the growth they're asking you to achieve. No commission.

      Pros

      The employee discount is okay but not worth it if you are not really a person who loves coach handbags.

      Cons

      The pay is not very competitive and the team share which makes it tolerable is only attainable if you work 20 hrs. but I was never scheduled over 9 in one week.
