Discount and bonus program. Structured company and on boarding.
Cons
Pay for everyone but store manager is lower than other high end retailers. Expectations are extremely high for the pay of a sales associate. Nothing is good enough even if you are achieving numbers. Full Price went to extreem couponing which then in turn lowered customer demand. Stress is high on in store team to make unachieveable goals. They hire for looks not ability. Do you have the "coach" look?
