      Pros

      - above average pay rate for similar type positions amongst competition - excellent benefits - extensive training and employee development

      Cons

      - micromanagement, nit picky, minutia, lots of rules that are always changing. - lack of consistency in communicating the ever changing policies - very strict dress code, requires expense on part of employee and no freedom of self expression or style despite being a high fashion brand - high requirement of task completion while simultaneously expecting high sales results - work life balance extremely challenging

      Pros

      Able to work with gorgeous bag, accessories, shoes, etc. Pay and benefits are amazing and competitive to other retail stores.

      Cons

      Change in environment from a work-life balance to a work-work balance. In addition, upper management would only hire candidates who are cool and good-looking (had several candidates passed due to look even though they had the selling skills).
