      Ultimately Coach is refreshing to work for, if you've been in retail for awhile, but I laugh at the ridiculousness

      Great Communication Shared knowledge High level of training Pay for associate is high Clean Lovely bonuses Good discount

      Cons

      Not enough hours available hard to move up bc of amount of people who want to move up and low turnover ridiculous rules/expectations stuffy more stressful than a retail job should be asks too much personal info of customers almost too professional/serious

      Pros

      It is a good place to get sales experience in a fashion retail setting. Employee discount is 50% off merchandise.

      Cons

      All sales associates are paid on an hourly basis with no opportunities to make commissions on any sales. Average pay is only 10 to 11 dollars an hour. Also, the benefits are not very generous.

      Pros

      Good pay and good benefits and hey, it is Manhattan and the discounts are great, but not much else positive.

      Cons

      Very negative atmosphere. People work incredible hours because they are afraid they told they are bad, they will get even more criticism, because they are not superheros. typical workday is at least 11 hours.
