Pros

Good team, no pressure job, nice management. People are very nice to each other.

Cons

Low paying job, bonus is like 50 cents or 1 dollar more per hour. It is too low to support life in California. Coach pays low because they think Coach products are good so you do not have to "sell" them. Most sales associates are part times so they do not need to pay your insurance. Long hours standing.

-pay is better the minimum wage -team share each month -friendly environment -very flexible and willing to give time off

Cons

-need to be very aggressive in sales -constantly being monitored for how many items being sold to each customer
