      Pros

      Most employees are very professional yet still fun to work with The discount is great (you are limited on what you can buy so it's easy to refuse using your discount for your friends!) Not commissioned, which leads to a more relaxed selling environment Monthly bonus opportunities for meeting certain store sales goals Overall, great product A good environment for learning how to communicate with all kinds of people

      Cons

      Too much focus on individual sales goals, especially since individual sales do not affect associate pay Hours are strictly limited for part timers in lower volume stores There have been some product quality issues lately

      Pros

      Everything within coach is very organised and laid out for everyone. Also coach provides a great chance to learn key skills to help me become a better employee now and in the future.

      Cons

      The cons are few, but one is managements mild lack of understanding with scheduling. Also at my store the amount of replenish personal is always limited causing a lot of unneeded stress on people.

      Lots of responsibility. You get to learn a ton. There is high regard for Coach in the retail industry. Coach name lots great on your resume and opportunities open up for you.

      Cons

      You work really hard, but you don't get paid a lot.
