Pros

good pay for retail and part time. Managers are nice.

Cons

No fat people on the sales floor. Too snobby for regular people to work in their store.

Pros

65% discount in Outlets, 50% in retail stores friendly and willing to help co-workers a great learning experience with great performance, you learn more about the operations of the store I started at 8 an hour

Cons

outfits-- They are super particular on what you wear. I've worn numerous pairs of jeans like they've told me, and every time they're still wrong. They want clothes to be tight, and it's extremely uncomfortable. hours-- demanding, as many retail jobs, but I was unable to go home for the holidays because they refused to let me off during Thanksgiving. I was very disappointed. managers-- It's probably a personal thing, but I was rather bothered that a person younger than I was hired as an assistant manager and put to work with no clue on how things were run. new employees-- it seems to me that they expect current workers to train the new ones. I think the managers should do that, personally.

Pros

-Discount -Team Environment -Benefits -Monthly Bonuses for entire team -Yearly Store Manager Conference -Development -Taking ideas and implementing them from a Store level -Timeless Classic product

Cons

Being a Store Manager is a demanding job in itself, but with Coach it takes on a life of its own. I spent a lot of nights doing reviews and schedules from home. They say they don't want you to work more than an appropriate amount of hours because it will effect your SPH (even SM's had them). The amount of work that's required to run a successful business leaves you no choice. but to interrupt your personal life way more often than should be necessary. to complete tasks. They will never tell you to take it home, that you need better time management, but it's overloaded on you often. Also, even though they are a thorough company, they seem to like to create extra work where it's not needed around paperwork and processes.
