The salary is great, the discount is awesome. Worked with some of the most talented people in Retail.

Cons

Worked more than 40 hours on a regular basis. Often took work home because there was so much to do and not much office time to get it done in.

Cons

With more competitors in the market as well as growth in size of the company, it is more difficulty to satisfy Wall Street expectation
