      Pros

      There was a commitment to bettering their employees; and believe it or not the Intranet was amazing. I have only worked for a few companies that has so much organizational structure.

      Cons

      Professional growth was hard to come by, most of the managers hung around for a while and there are only so many managerial positions.

      Pros

      Amazing health care, 401K, stocks,store incentives plus 50% -75% discounts. Fun up beat environment . Work hard and get to know your AM and DM to get noticed and promoted. With the new changes Coach is more likely to hire some one pretty and thin with no retail skills than someone with experience. Some things can't be taught. Black out dates for managers during holidays 3 months no requests off. I haven't spent Christmas,Thanksgiving or New Years in almost 8 years.

      Cons

      Very clear roles in some stores which makes it hard to learn and take on new tasks some managers feel you are stepping on their toes. Having to wake up very early in the morning on your day off to come in for a managers meeting sucks. Getting thrown under the bus for silly things.

      Company Great with Customers, Good Pay, Good Reputation, Great Products

      Cons

      Recent CEO and Management Changes suspect, Decisions all about the Stock price not about their people, New Designer changing the Coach look starting to look plain not as edgy as it used t be. Not seeing as many colors in the summer people like bright colors. They laid off a lot of good people in the last 3 years I was there. It looks like it is starting to effect the company negatively
