      Pros

      Coach bucks earned toward products. That's a great perk. You don't earn commission and Coach bucks are increased the more you sell.

      Cons

      Too overbearing with customers as they enter store and made people feel like they weren't able to shop freely without someone looking over their shoulder.

      Amazing product and generous discount. Coach is a fashion forward brand.

      Cons

      There is no role clarity and are expected to wear many different hats. This is common in all retailers, however it can be challenging to achieve set goals when also expected to do operational tasks. With sales goals as high as top sellers, managers are highly paid sales associates with keys to the building. As for recruiting top talent, well you must be pretty and 'cool' to get past the DM, and the DMs clearly give that message.
