High performing and high volume. Lots of challenges and opportunities. Idea's come from all levels. NOT a top down company. Very employee focused. Lot's of development, feedback and recognition.

Cons

Depending on the position, it is still retail which can be tough on a schedule.

Transition...company wants to be a lifestyle accessory brand but doesn't have the know how on how to get there. They hyped up the capsule collection and now it's all on sale...a total bust!!
