The upper management played favorites. Instead of taking the time to develop their managers so that their managers can develop the associates, they were anything but leaders. The feedback was harsh and hindered development.

outfits-- They are super particular on what you wear. I've worn numerous pairs of jeans like they've told me, and every time they're still wrong. They want clothes to be tight, and it's extremely uncomfortable. hours-- demanding, as many retail jobs, but I was unable to go home for the holidays because they refused to let me off during Thanksgiving. I was very disappointed. managers-- It's probably a personal thing, but I was rather bothered that a person younger than I was hired as an assistant manager and put to work with no clue on how things were run. new employees-- it seems to me that they expect current workers to train the new ones. I think the managers should do that, personally.
