      Pros

      nice discount, flexible hours, nice staff. they were able to accommodate my schedule requests. management was ok. rest of staff was friendly. product was nice and easy to sell.

      Cons

      no chance of moving up, very clique oriented staff the job got very boring at times and there was nothing to do. i prefer a busy day with lots of work. The management was very prone to playing favorites.

      Holidays can be a bit hectic, and sometimes they make you do mundane tasks EVERY shift.

      - The senior management was very smart and had a clear direction for the company. - Salary was competitive. - Summer Fridays although often you work anyway.

      Cons

      - Creative driven company which can sometimes be hard for non-creatives. - The atmosphere can be political. - Long hours especially during the holidays.
