Exciting place, can do better with employees

always on the move, new projects, change is the norm, not a minute for boring stuff. only highly collaborative folks need to apply. if you're not the communicator in chief, you won't succeed

Cons

too many folks walking the hallways sucking the air, few folks doing the work. office politics is rampant and "shining by stabbing others in the back" is a popular sport and rewarded too

Great discount on handbags and accessories if you are into that kind of thing but if your not then it's really just a retail job

Cons

Really is just a part-time job unless you were wanting to move up in with management which in most cases as hard

Lots of favoritism at least at the store i worked at. Will do nasty things to make sale. Lots of mid age people 30-40's
