People were great! Store was small so easy to know where things were. Employee discount was fantastic! Bonuses if store achieved goals and individuals received bonuses too sometimes.

On call hours, not getting hours, low pay

Once a strong brand, trying to regain that again.

Cons

You are sheltered and work in silos. Leadership runs the show. Not really a good place for MBAs, or anyone who wants to create and drive strategy. I am a thought-leader and continue to push innovation and strategies to drive success, but even the low hanging fruit projects dont move.
