Pros
There is a GREAT DISCOUNT and many perks within the company. Loved the people I worked with it made it more fun. Easy to move up in the company, I got promoted to assistant manager within 1 year of being there. If you like to connect with customers and clientele then you will like it. There were paid sick time and vacation time which is always a plus.
Cons
There are way too many responsibilities that managers have to worry about. It includes your daily/weekly/monthly goals and worrying about your associates goals as well. Worrying about shipment and floor sets. Call campaign was also a pain! The higher ups give managers a big work load without realizing that they have so much to do already. Definitely a lot of team development and pressure with hitting metrics especially from the higher ups.
