      Pros

      One of the only Pro's for working at Coach was that the Discount was amazing and when product was taken off the shelf it was further discounted

      Cons

      It is very hard to advance in the company. Because it is retail the hours aren't the best, some nights when it was busy, we would be stuck cleaning until maybe 11 or 12 at night. They also barely hire employees full-time.

      Pros

      The people I work with are very friendly and its easy work.

      Cons

      Too many people don't do work because they've worked there for so long they think they don't have to work. Then the management needs work on they can't communicate for the life of them and are under staffed. You also have to learn alot of stuff on your own and even though I like the people I work with there's alot of gossip I feel like i'm back in high school

      The company reward system was enjoyable, it provided motivation for all employees to make goals. Employee discount was defiantly a great aspect.

      When most of the management team is new and haven't been properly trained.
