Pros
One of the only Pro's for working at Coach was that the Discount was amazing and when product was taken off the shelf it was further discounted
Cons
It is very hard to advance in the company. Because it is retail the hours aren't the best, some nights when it was busy, we would be stuck cleaning until maybe 11 or 12 at night. They also barely hire employees full-time.
