Pros

Amazing culture. Great group of people to work with. Offices located on the river with inspiring views during the day. This is the kind of company that ensures you have the highest possibility to be successful in your role and makes you feel like the most important employee in the company in the process. Gym, Ping Pong tables, recess areas, people here work hard and play hard.

Cons

None that I could think of.

I believe the best way to learn about a company is from the rest of the folks working there - when I first saw the reviews, I thought they had to be too good to be true. In reality, it's even better than I could have hoped for! There's a true commitment to everyone's success and I feel very lucky to be part of the team. First time in a long time that I look forward to Monday morning and getting back to collaborating on building a great company and a fantastic team!

Cons

Can't imagine any downsides - it's a fast paced environment which might not be for everyone but I love the energy and enthusiasm that everyone brings.

Pros

CloudLock is a great place to work. Everyone is highly motivated and ready to bring CloudLock to the next level. Management has an open door policy and encourages their employees to reach out to them if they need any assistance.

Cons

As a start up, resources are limited and employees have to wear multiple hats to accomplish the tasks at hand. It can be chaotic at times.

One way we maintain our startup culture is by constantly asking/pushing everybody to improve themselves, so we naturally raise the bar on hiring exceptional people, and regardless of when you come in, we're just getting started.
