Pros

* infrastructure is good enough * internet reimbursement every month

Cons

* Cisco is a type of company where a potentially healthy guy can try to physically dominate a girl & misbehave in front of 100+ people, but asking for apology via mail will demotivate him!! * no actual use of brain to solve the problems, only copy pasting of code * does not care for employees * no improvement in knowledge of employee * lot of dirty politics for promotions & appreciation

Pros

Good base salary; large campus

Cons

They hire too many people that can do nothing, which extremely harm the team and their products. Management is in chaos. They just hire lots of so-called experienced guys but cannot write code.

Pros

Flexible working hours , chance to grow in the industry , good name on your resume

Cons

A toxic work environment built on perceived visibility and contributions rather than recognising individuals for what they really are contributing. This promotes a culture of pretending to work rather than really working. Too many mid level manager , most have nothing to do and abuse corporate travel and expensess.
