      1. The learning you get is not useful outside, when you search for a job 2. As an engineer, you will be assigned one component and asked to work on it for 4-5 years. This will bring your resume to ZERO levels 3. Excepting brand name, you get nothing 4. People have settled in this company from more than 10 years. They won't give you any knowledge for you to leverage. Zero documentation. 5. Outdated technology work is assigned in Bangalore office 6. No hikes 7. No promotions at any level 8. There are rumors that CEO wants to downsize the strength from current 70k to 25 9. Favoritism at its best
