      Great place to learn, but not to grow your career

      Pros

      - Fast-paced environment allows you to learn a lot very quickly. - Good benefits (training, health insurance, company social events, time off, etc.)

      Cons

      - Clear division between the local employees and the Spanish. - Obvious lack of communication/understanding between HQ in Madrid and the US on various things. - More of a focus on "being seen" at work, instead of the actual work accomplished. - The only real way to move up in the organization is to move to a different location. - It can be hard to get feedback from management.

      Pros

      Excellent insurance, holiday structure and PTO. A ton of opportunity for growth if you are willing to travel/move to a new city. The company provides a significant amount of support for learning and sharpening your business acumen.

      Cons

      Work can be chaotic with quickly shifting priorities. The company is spread out into multiple businesses and at times those various business do not communicate well. The company is trying to work on that level of communication but they still need to tweak their direction.

      Great people, collegial atmosphere, interesting work. People here work hard and are generally very engaged in their work. Overall very positive

      Cons

      Not being fluent in Spanish really puts one at a disadvantage within this company. Sometimes the intern work is tedious.
