Pros
Excellent insurance, holiday structure and PTO. A ton of opportunity for growth if you are willing to travel/move to a new city. The company provides a significant amount of support for learning and sharpening your business acumen.
Cons
Work can be chaotic with quickly shifting priorities. The company is spread out into multiple businesses and at times those various business do not communicate well. The company is trying to work on that level of communication but they still need to tweak their direction.
