      Pros

      They really train you up quickly and give you a lot of responsibility. In the industry they are known as the "university of ferrovial" because you get a great education in the industry

      Cons

      If you are an American there is a glass ceiling and pay never increases, for advancement you will have to look elsewhere

      Great people, collegial atmosphere, interesting work. People here work hard and are generally very engaged in their work. Overall very positive

      Cons

      Not being fluent in Spanish really puts one at a disadvantage within this company. Sometimes the intern work is tedious.

      Pros

      I learned I was better than that place. Was able to go work for one of their competitors.

      Cons

      Not a good place to work if you aren't a man or Spaniard. Very degrading atmosphere. Everything is last minute. The CEO stood over my shoulder on day while I was on a call with 911 and was telling me what to say. They don't allow people to do their jobs and there are lots of liars in this company. Many illegal comments are made out loud. Sickening.
