      As declared, team is fully integrated into customer

      Cons

      Lots of people, that have to demonstrate, that they are useful, but actually are not. Scrum consultants, process consultants, all that useless talkers, that arrive and start repeating 1 idea 3 times to fill in timeslot for the speach.

      I worked in Ciklum at Voltimum project as motion designer for 2 years. It was good experience.

      Pros

      I think the stability is the best feature of this company. Comfortable office, shuttle buses, stable salary without delays, different courses, free excellent coffee.

      Cons

      For me it was slow growth of my career, frozen salary and reluctance of my foreign managers to develop the industry in which I worked.
