- salaries below average - it depends on the client, but I ended up on a weird project with abnormal code delivery processes and not very reasonable management. also, the company provided me with a very weak Dell laptop, which could not handle the development of a project (medium sized web application), even using VSCode. as a result, while I was adapting to the project and doing the work, managers came to me and informed me of my dismissal in one day (without any detailed feedback), although until that moment no one from the Ciklum or the client had contacted me with negative feedback. - no car parking slots for employees
