      Pros

      Co-workers, some fun activities and quarterly CEO update.

      Cons

      While I've only worked in one office, the overall company culture has changed. They talk a good game, but behind closed doors it's a different story. In the most constructive way possible, I don't recommend this organization at this moment in time.

      Horrible since the merger

      Pros

      Culture was supportive and pay was above fair market prior to merger with Ace. Looked forward to going to work and felt valued.

      Cons

      Workload is unrealistic. No real long term strategy. More like a factory than an insurance company. No time is given to optimizing process. A lot of unnecessary manual work. Too busy to focus anything other than immediate workload. Can’t see this company thriving in the long term.

      Excellent brand and people from the original Chubb

      Cons

      Bullying culture. Teamwork is not promoted - each man for himself. Long hours expected by leadership, for employees to complete tasks that are of little value.
