Absolute toxic company that do things like book a national conference interstate, communicate this to staff then cancel it weeks prior because a more senior manager won’t sign it off Management speak to you like children, are belittling, hostile and passive aggressive Communication from managers is usually done over email rather than in person The amount of unhappy people in this suffocating environment is astounding- people simply do not smile. If you share a laugh with colleagues you get angry stares from others Leaving work on time is frowned upon. The culture here is very old school- most people work till 7pm at least. Work life balance? Forget it. Worst staff turn over I’ve ever seen
