Pros

A Leading Property Casualty Insurer

Cons

Prior to Chubb being acquired by Ace, Chubb was the “Tiffany” of the insurance industry. Chubb cared for its employees, watched over its customers, valued its distribution partners, underwrote risk exquisitely and did the “right thing.” Now it is a heartless greedy organization that only cares about share price. Great investment (thank goodness because I have a lot of stock), but a place that really doesn’t care about being decent anymore.

Cons

I worked here for for almost 6 months terrible work they hired me as an Sr Application Developer asked me to work on irrelevant technologies. Architects are big jokers here they don't know ABCD's every day 1000 to 5000lines of Query analysis and decoding the issues (A big failure Architecture) Every day head burning issues. AVPS are VP's here you know the meaning of VP right.

Pros

Pay and benefits are average

Cons

Chubb was the worst place I worked in my career! Do not work here unless you wanted to be treated horribly and never listened to. They do not care about employees at all, there is NO work life balance bc they don't hire enough resources to support the programs they are trying to role out and when they do hire people it seems like they are just looking to get a body in, it doesn't matter if they don't have the skill set they need to perform the job you are hired for. When you ask for training you are told to use LinkedIn Learning and figure it out. You reach out to HR and they do nothing , they just allow bad management. This place will suck the life out of you and will not care that they are doing it.
