Pros

I liked the reputation of Chubb, as it made it easy to sell. Benefits were great, pay was adequate.

Cons

1. HR had no integrity. Complaint were not taken seriously, even sexual harassment. They protected the lifers in mgmt. 2. Local mgmt felt they were entitled. Branch mgmt had head in sand. 3. Investigate your local management before signing on (Google them). For example, my manager was a sociopath. 4. Systems antiquated. 5. Too meant layers of management made it difficult to get deals done.

Pros

Flexibility for some of the employees. Good job training for the customer service reps. Good benefits and good PTO policy.

Cons

Bullying by upper management, lying, falsifying results, blaming, ridiculously high workload. Little or no training for any job other than customer service representatives.

Used to be a great company.

Pros

Compensation and Benefits are good. Flexible work schedules are available.

Cons

Workload is very high. With the flexible work schedules, there is tendancy to work all the time, even when you're off to try to keep up. Used to be a company that cared about people, but that's gotten lost in recent years,.
