      Boring company stuck in the past.

      Stable career. Decent 401k benefits. Decent number of PTO days.

      Cons

      Insanely boring. Unpleasant people. People with so-so skill-sets seemed to be promoted more than people with advanced skills based on favoritism. Most people seemed to have drank the cool-aid and believed the company was in it for them, then seemed shocked and betrayed when we were acquired. Are you serious? It's corporate America. Pay increases were small.

      Great benefits except the starting vacation could be better. great team members and an exceptional Vice President who cares about what she does.

      Cons

      Long interview process and the Human Resources recruiter totally forgot to tell me about my last interview. Received the call while working for previous employer. Was a little stressful but it worked out.
