      Pros

      Good work life balance. They invest a lot in you as an associate/trainee in the Risk Engineering program.

      Cons

      As a Risk Engineer it's hard to connect well with people in the office since you're in the field a lot and working from home a lot.

      Nice offices, mainly friendly people, you can buy their shares at 15% discount

      Cons

      Pay (£3k payrise upon promotion from AU to underwriter), everyone in management is a narcissist with no respect for their staff, every single team is understaffed, 8-6 is minimum expectation, very few internal opportunities, they actively discourage taking brokers out.
