      Interesting and challenging work. Will obtain good experience.

      Cons

      Workload is unmanageable and has been for a long time. Not enough support and unlikely to be provided in the future either. There are slim opportunities for advancement to next level even though senior management will give employees the corporate speak about opportunities and growth.

      The job itself is very interesting and challenging. You get to learn about different policy structures and communicate with many industry experts.

      Cons

      The workload here is among the highest that I have experienced, with a high turnover, you get to deal with fires from other people's desk who has left. The company is also too big and without a proper training module, you are often lost.
