Good financials, work/life balance. Generous vacation time. Compensation is ok. Immediate management team is generally flexible and understanding of issues the teams are facing.

Cons

Not a supportive environment for advancing your technical skills. Bureaucratic procedures and processes dominate. Promotion path is difficult - conformance to the corporate culture outweighs accumulated experience by a wide margin. Major changes coming by the end of the year so it is difficult to determine what the future holds.

Good Life Balance Training/education is available Benefits - over 20 vacation days You can get by without too much stress.

Cons

There are limited opportunities for interesting IT work. Training in IT Technical areas is limited. Because there is not a lot of turn over, you have to be there 3-5 years before you get any interesting projects based on seniority.
